Our market research revealed a significant gap in access to healthy food options near the American University of Sharjah. Students expressed frustration with limited choices and the inconvenience of sourcing ingredients for meal preparation. By addressing these pain points, our lean model emphasizes efficiency and cost-effectiveness, allowing Campus Eats to operate without the overhead expenses of a traditional kitchen or inventory. By leveraging existing resources and focusing on core functionalities, we maximize value delivery to our users while optimizing operational scalability.
